Cedar Park Church will hold Royal Family Kids’ Camp July 15-19, 2013. This is a weeklong overnight camp for abused and neglected foster children ages 7 to 11. The purpose of this camp is to create positive memories, share God’s love, and give these children hope for the future. There are many volunteer opportunities. Training will be provided for all.
We need:
Full Time Counselors (the real heroes of camp!) (must be 18 years old)
Evening Relief Counselors for those that work, but want to be involved
Nurses to help with registration and to volunteer at camp
Activity Center Staff to help kids create wood projects and arts and crafts and just have fun
Grandmas and Grandpas to just love on the kids
Camp Photographers to take pictures for memory books
Runners to help run errands during the week of camp
Staff Assistants (must be at least 16 years old)
Welcome Home Dinner Staff for Friday’s dinner to welcome the staff back
Prayer Partners to pray for us during the week of camp
Licensed Counselors to help the kids throughout the week
Setup/Teardown help setup and teardown camp
Media Tech run media during events at camp and support the photography staff
Sound Tech run sound during events at camp
Miscellaneous support staff

Sunday, June 30th 12:45 to 5:00pm (HS Building)
Sunday, July 14th (at camp) 3:00-7:00pm (includes dinner)
